Significant life shifts are rarely meant to be carried alone. Pregnancy and birth are transformative and sacred. You deserve to be heard, supported and advocated for during this amazing phase of life and I would be honoured to be a part of that journey. 

As an inclusive and nonjudgemental mother of two, I am currently a certifying Birth Doula through Doula Training Canada. Having a doula at my second birth changed my world, so much that it inspired me to be that kind of support person for others!

I'm very passionate about providing a safe and informed support for your pregnancy and birth experience whether it be in hospital, at home or a birthing center. Your values and wishes will be respected and endorsed. I look forward to connecting with you!
