Childbirth Education
There are several educators in the area ready to help you feel confident about your upcoming birth experience. Several workshops available from comfort measures, physiologically normal birth, baby care, infant sleep, lactation, and more!
Birth Doulas
If you’re interested in having a birth professional support you during your journey to birth, have a look at the birth doulas practicing in the area. They will support you and your partner (if you have one) to know your options and help you to reflect on your experience with positive memories.
Postpartum Doulas
Parenting is hard. You need a village of support, especially in the fourth trimester. Peterborough area has many experienced postpartum doulas that are dedicated to helping families navigating their new family dynamic. Whether it’s for light housework, information, or so you can some time to rest, a postpartum doula may be right for you.
