01 — Birth Support
We are dedicated to supporting parents during labour and birth in their homes or at the hospital and remain by your side to support you physically, emotionally and educationally. Offered on a sliding scale from $550-$2100.

02 — Postpartum Support
Our Postpartum Doula provides evidence based information on infant feeding, emotional and physical recovery from birth, parent–baby bonding, infant care and much more. Rates: $35-$42/hr. Daytime and overnight support offered.

03 — Classes and Workshops
You don't know what you don't know! Childbirth education classes, baby care classes, and workshops are taught in person and online to help you prepare for your upcoming birth. Learn about the anatomy and physiology of labour, comfort measures for labour, medical interventions, the postpartum period, early parenthood, and more! Cost: $50-225+tax.

04 — Lactation Support
Breastfeeding/Chestfeeding/Body feeding is a skill that both parents and baby need to learn. It can come as a surprise that it can be challenging! We have doulas that are trained in lactation education as well as IBCLCs to help you get the right start and reach your feeding goals.

05 — Infant Sleep Support/Consultations
We have doula's that are experts in infant sleep! They provide Infant Sleep Education services to any new parents looking for help with their little one. Baby up all night? Having challenging naps? Don't stress: We know the ins and outs of infant sleep; from A to Zzz.

06 — Placenta Encapsulation
Encapsulation is the careful preferred method of preparation of the placenta into capsules after birth at the client’s request by a trained encapsulation specialist. Cost: $325+tax for service.

07 — Henna Belly Blessing
Having henna applied to your body is an incredible way to put a pause on life and celebrate your body. Henna applications include a design of your choice, aftercare instructions, and a relaxing foot and hand massage while you wait for the dye to set. Cost: $100.
